Resellers were spending minutes per card identifying, pricing and cross-posting inventory by hand. At hundreds of cards a week, manual listing was the entire bottleneck.

The Approach
- 01Built a vision pipeline that identifies set, number, edition and condition from a single photo.
- 02Pulled live comps to suggest pricing with configurable margin rules.
- 03Implemented publishing adapters for eBay, Shopify, TCGPlayer and Whatnot behind one listing model.
- 04Added bulk queues, sync status and error recovery so failed pushes never silently drop inventory.
